Notes

• From June 15 to Sept 15 the Log Cabin rents by the week only.
• Minimum three night stay during long (or holiday) weekends.
• Minimum two night stay during the off season (Sept 15 to June 15).
• All rates are Canadian Funds. US currency is accepted at bank rate.
• Rates are subject to change without notice due to upgrades and improvements.

Deposits

Reservations are guaranteed and confirmed with a deposit at time of booking using Visa, Mastercard (via paypal), certified checks or money order.

We require a $500 deposit for reservations of one week or more. Your final installment has to be made at least one month prior to your arrival. For weekend reservations, we require the full amount at the time of booking.

Booked through our reservation request form? We will contact you to confirm your reservation and ask you for your deposit.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Deadline for cancelling your reservation is 11am 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel on time means forfeiture of your deposit.

For reservations of less than a week, cancellations may be made 14 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise your payment will be forfeited.

Check In/Check Out

• Check In: 4pm (or other time by mutual agreement)
• Check Out: 11am

Early Departure
In the event of an early departure half the regular rate will be charged on the remaining period.

Pets & Smoking

Pets - We love them but regret we cannot accept them.

Smoking

No smoking inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outside on the porches and patio only.
